Let's be honest
It's November and if you're like any of the women that I coach you're probably asking yourself how am I meant to finish the year strong when I am feeling so exhausted
And on top of that cash flow feels a little wobbly
Clients are slowing down expenses are ramping up and your brain is just tired
So today we are talking about how to create cash flow without the chaos
I want you to have calm consistent kind of money that flows when you're grounded not because you're grinding
So this episode will help you to stabilize your money and your mind before the holidays kick in
It is so busy at the moment with Black Friday sales happening everywhere
Christmas is just around the corner
So I really want you to finish this year strong without the burnout now
Here is what I see all the time
Women are making great money on paper but feeling broke because everything is running on adrenaline
So you're moving from panic you're operating from that place of panic
Whether you're rushing invoices saying yes to everything or just spinning in in your nervous system is totally hijacked
We literally can't make ground decisions from that survival mode
So this calmness that we want to embrace needs to come from this place where we are feeling grounded and in control
Calm isn't passive it is actually power
And when you feel safe you can see clearly and when you can see clearly you can make really smart financial moves
And that is what we are going to be talking about today
So let's talk about those sneaky little money moves that create chaos even for really smart successful business women or women in those places who are thriving in life
We all make these little money mistakes
So all these money leaks so the first one is overgiving
This looks like adding extra work
It is over delivering
It is um out of the guilt or the fear
It's really that generosity mixed with insecurity and it drains your profit faster than anything
So I want you to ask yourself am I giving away things
Am I coming from this place of overflow or from obligation
This question alone will plug 80 of your legs because when you are charging your worth you are recognising where you give value and you are charging accordingly
This is going to create cash flow that will help you finish the year strong
So I want you to ask yourself again am I giving from overflow or from obligation
That's a huge question and I really want you to sit with it for a while because it can feel really awkward and it can feel uh your just that you have to but I really want you to start to think about where am I adding value and am I charging for this value
The next one is emotional spending
Now this is a really tricky one because it's when you buy things to feel safe inspired or like we're doing something those courses you branding the programs all the things that you wanna do in instead of making really grounded decisions
So this decision shifts you from chaos into clarity
When we are emotionally spending we are coming from that place of chaos
We are looking for the next thing the next shiny object to make our world easier to make our world simpler to make our world smoother and flow
But if you are always buying the next course you are always looking at that next shiny object that is going to be the thing to solve your problems of the world then I've got news for you
You are actually coming from that place of not enoughness and chaos instead of really considering what it is that you need in order to move yourself forward
So look at how you are spending and what are the feelings and emotions that are coming up
Because when we want to create a purchase that is grounded we need to make sure that it aligns with us
We need to go from chaos into calm and we want consistent money in our world
And to do that we need to not be emotionally spending all the time
Now the first one we had was over giving then emotional spending and now it is under charging
So if you haven't raised your prices in the last 12 months you are probably under charging
You're still operating from your old identity and not your current level of value
I know that you invest in yourself
I know that you are working hard
I know that you are growing and expanding and your prices should reflect that
So calmly increasing your rates is one of the most aligned money moves that you can make that'll move you from chaos into calm
And so these leaks are things that we need to look at but we need to fix them without turning into a spreadsheet robot
Because let's talk about the systems that help you feel calm and not cold
Money systems don't need to be complicated
I am here to say you don't need the most fanciest spreadsheet the thing that is so overwhelming that you look at it and you just go into overdrive and overwhelm and don't do anything
What your money systems need to be though are something that makes you feel safe and consistent
And so what I want you to do is create a ritual around your money habit
So I want you to check in with yourself every week uh I want you to anchor this into something that you are already doing in your world as in your way of calming as in your way of you looking at things
Maybe it's having a cup of tea at the night before you go to bed
Um it is sitting in the sun reading a book you add on to what you're already doing the review of your income and expenses and your energy levels
And I want you to ask yourself what worked what didn't work and what needs attention
Because this continual check in when it is grouped with something you are already doing doesn't feel like it is way over the top or inconvenient or just too hard because you're already doing it
But I guarantee you this check in will make you feel more calm and on top of your money instead of that chaos feeling
The next one I want you to do is have a look at how many bank accounts you have
If you are running a business you need to have an account set up for your tax
You need to have one set up for your gist in your super in your P a y G withholding because that money is already spent
And if you have just one bank account and everything is lumped in together it makes it really hard for you to be able to see what's coming and where you need to spend your money
And so for visibility and for that calmness and simplicity I want you to think about adding some bank accounts now
I don't want you to add 10 12 15 bank accounts because from my experience I see clients transferring money all over the place to these accounts
It creates confusion it creates overwhelm nobody knows what's going on and it's really easy to make mistakes
And so if you want to have simplicity and you wanna have visibility I would suggest just a couple of accounts maybe three or four and very specific has to what it is that I want to do
How do I need to do it
And we have income tax super in J s t and P a y G we're holding
Then you can also have a savings account and then your everyday account
Those four accounts work really well
And then later on if you decide that you want to um and have things created for specific purposes then I would go and open some more accounts but at the moment I would just stick to those and really nail those accounts because that is where you are going to create the calm
Then I want you to automate now automating is really such a simple thing and it will move you from that chaos into the calm space because automating means you don't have to think about it
Soon as soon as money comes into your account you need to split it off for the tax
As soon as you process payroll put across the super uh pay it directly to the Superfund
At that time put across your GST put across your pig withholding because when you can automate those amounts it takes you out of the picture
Now I am a very big fan of automating
I like to have my money systems on automation
I don't want you to set and forget though but I want you to set them up in a way that you just need to review and tweak if necessary
But most of the time you don't
It just happens and it takes the pressure and the stress away from you to actually having to sort it out and organise it
So now that that is the real practical side
I want you to think about the emotional side of moving from chaos into this calm space particularly when we are talking about how to finish the year strong uh not get overwhelmed with all the things that are happening between now and Christmas and the New Year
So you can't feel calm about cash flow
If your nervous system still believes it is not safe to rest
Now I am learning so much more about nervous system regulation
I really had no idea what it was to be honest
Um but I do know is that I definitely need to take time out
And running for me is the way that I take time out
Um being the ocean is how I take time out
But I need to pause and think before panic sets in
And now I want you to think about how do you need to calm yourself down
And now nervous system regulation just means how do you calm
How do you slow
How do you just bring yourself back into this safety space
So before opening your bank accounts or your apps on your phone I want you to take some deep breaths
And I really want you to ground in the intention
What intention are you feeling
And before you look at the money I want you to feel gratitude
I want you to really embody what that looks like for you which is gonna be very different for everybody
But we need to allow ourselves to connect into how it is that we wanna feel and and those new thoughts
So whenever you are catching yourself thinking oh there's never enough or I never have enough replace it with you know to create consistent calm with my money
You're not lying to yourself but you're actually training your brain to feel safe and to feel that it is safe for you to earn more money and to have more money and to hold more money
And then I want you to add some words on the end because it is safe to me
It is safe for me to create consistent calm with money because that thing gives me freedom and choice to do the things that I love
You know add a because on the end of it and really connected back into why is it important for you that is going to anchor those thoughts into who you are and what you want so much easier
And then I want you to celebrate every win every win every single new client every single boundary that you create
Everything I want you to celebrate it because that Celebration is an energetic deposit into your future wealth
We want to build up the safety within our body that we can have more we can earn more we can hold more
Because when you have money you have freedom and you have choice
And that freedom is and choice then allows you to do the things that you wanna do
And so this is the exact work that we do inside the Grounded Rich Girl program
It is really marrying the mindset with the money systems so these become your default
And I know that grounded rich girls don't chase we attract
We don't manage money from this place of chaos or panic
Instead we move from peace we build calmness we build systems that feel beautiful and not rigid and strict and restrictive
We create confidence and that confidence within ourselves then creates the calm cash flow
