so today I am joined by the intuitive business coach
Steph Zito to explore how we move from overwhelm
to that epic money making action
and I really just want to explore what is manifesting
look like how do we get into that flow and abundance
but Steph is an intuitive business coach
she is the creator of energetic business ecosystem
a framework that helps really visionary women
build their businesses from the inside out
by that aligned energy frequency and strategy
so before this work
Steph walked her own path of healing
moving through people pleasing
the need to be understood
that abandonment
wounds that kept coming up and dimming her voice

super glad to be here with you
do you want to
just give us a little bit of an introduction
about who you are what you do and why you do this work
yeah I really do let
lead or help heart LED entrepreneurial women to uh
scale their businesses I'd say non linearly because uh
many of us get caught up in actually delaying ourselves
because of what we think it's supposed to look like
or feel like based on past experiences
or experiences of our parents
or the current paradigm of how society works
or getting caught up in what the
you know economics is doing and this and that right
and so I help us to kind of move into a
I what I call a quantum space
a space that's sort of like overrides that
so we can move much quicker
with more freedom and more joy
that's really cool um
and what is manifesting you know
if we are everybody talks about manifesting
but what is it well
picture
basically manifesting is basically to make manifest to
to me it's like to create what is to to make manifest
it's to create it's to
to make manifest something from an idea into a reality
right
it's to take some ingredients together and make a soup
like we are literally manifesting
we are making our ideas reality literally right now
every single day our realities
our realities are impacted by our thoughts
by our belief systems if I I I quick story
I was in the Peace Corps many moons ago
which is the United States has this program
sending Americans overseas to countries that are
in development so to speak and uh
perhaps infrastructure schools
what not so I was helping to train teachers
and what I came to understand is that um
the these these towns
they did not have any potable water
and I knew of how we could get them potable water
through grant funding but they were not aware of this
and so to make idea reality
the idea of potable water exists
well now we have to bring that reality into co creation
can we can we manifest money
can we can we move into action and
and request and ask and then
you know and co create that
absolutely but sometimes
like we don't even understand what's available to us
because of what we're used to
if a town is used to not having potable water
why on earth would they go after that one day right
until such time as they're made aware
and available of a system that
they can access hmm
so we're pretty much manifesting all the time
by just having these thoughts
come into reality I want you to picture that uh
are you someone who believes
you have good parking karma
or bad parking karma um
yeah it depends
sometimes I do sometimes I don't okay
so so
so the truth is
is that your reality is congruent with your thoughts
beliefs and energy so
if I am someone who believes
that everyone on the road is out to get me
and everyone's a bad driver
I'm going to be very aware
and I'm going to be utilizing something
we call the Reticular Activation System
which means that what I believe is what I see
I'm activating what I want to see out in the world
through my beliefs right
I'm probably going to see a lot of bad drivers
I'm gonna be like grumpy and upset and see
I told you so I told you it was a bad idea to go on the
on the highway at this time of day
of course there's but if you are like
parking always goes my way
I always get where I need to be in right time
I love driving I get to listen to podcast
you don't care if there's traffic
you're like oh my gosh
thank you so much for this traffic
maybe it saved me from an accident right
you're grateful when you turn into that your reality
you literally just create your reality
it's just the truth
you know a reticular activation system
my son when he was young would always find money
I mean small close to the ground caught he's like
I'm lucky I'm I'm rich you know
cause constantly so what does it do
it creates the scenario where he's going to
see more money
because he's activated towards seeing it
you wanna buy a new car
like a blue Volvo station wagon
suddenly you're gonna start to see blue Volvo station
wagons everywhere because you're activated towards it
you are kind of making manifest the idea into reality
so thoughts become things that makes so much sense yeah
it makes so much sense and that is so true
that when you start to focus on something
that's what you see you see it absolutely everywhere
uh huh right
yeah and if you want a fancy term
you can call it your reticular activation system
hahaha so if you want to play with it
it can be really fun to play with manifesting
and to say um
even if you're not quite ready to say like
I see abundance everywhere
if that feels too edgy or that feels not true
just say sometimes I find money in weird places
sometimes I find and sure enough
I bet you you're gonna find money in some pocket
I bet you're gonna find money in your couch cushions
I bet you're gonna find money on the ground
I bet you're gonna start seeing some money
so those people who think that manifesting is
just a bit weird and a bit woo woo
and a bit just strange how what do you say to them
as in like what have you seen manifesting do for you
and for your clients
yeah well
I would say to them I hate to break it to you
but you're literally manifesting your life right now
so it's just you know
the word we're using um
so what I have seen is just
it's really delightful because uh
you know in
in the process that I run
we go through these three CS
we go through clarity
we go through clearing and we go through co creation
and so um
examples that happen with women
who are really discontent
like they're coming to me when they're incongruent
they're discontent life doesn't feel good
life doesn't feel right if they're employed
usually they hate their job
they are done it's toxic
they're over it they don't always know
sometimes they do but sometimes they don't
feel aware of what they want to do next
sometimes they're blocking
what they do know they want next
because they're afraid of the how
they're afraid of who it might quote unquote hurt
they're afraid of the consequences there right
there's like the stories that uh
won't let them fully embrace
that's the truth so we get the clarity
I'm not here to tell them what to do right
but they get the clarity
and it's just delightful because literally
like sometimes it might be a day later someone will um
Realtors will have like
a deal go through that they were blocked on for months
right they will contact me within 24 hours
like this house was sitting for 9 months and I had a
I had a an offer come through um
the person who wanted to quit their job
they're like okay
I decided I put in my resignation the same day
they receive a dream job offer
it's happened again and again and again and I
I have I
I believe the science to back this hmm
so what is the science behind it
what what does that look like
wow yeah
so I want us to understand that like the
the truth is everything is energy
we can really all agree
even though this looks like a water bottle
that I Learned in probably 5th grade math science
whatever this is science probably
that this is made of molecules
and these molecules are vibrating
and they are kind of creating energy
and there is an energetic imprint
blueprint to this water bottle
even though it feels very solid right
um there is scientific evidence of the
the energy of every single thing
every single emotion
typically our kind of quote unquote
lower emotions vibrate at a lower vibration right
um I'd say
you know hatred jealousy
disappointment right
they're all gonna be lower as you move up the scale
you get into higher vibrations
you get into uh joy
love gratitude
we say gratitude is the highest attitude
it's high vibration I have a little I
I have it on my desk
cause I used it on my son the other day for back pain
I have a frequency device
these scientists
physicists have found the frequency for everything
the frequency of um
your head when it's in like normal energetic state
not headache the frequency
when you are in normal energetic state with your back
not back pain right
it can work on anxiety whatever
so I say that because if everything is energy
then what if we take the emotion out of manifesting
and we just understood that
when I am on the energetic wavelength
with that which I desire
those two can more easily connect
they can come together
like if I am tuning into a radio station
that's a little fuzzy I kind of like fine tune it
fine tune that frequency well
now I'm on the energetic frequency
what happens more often than not
especially around money
money is like more complicated than your in laws
like yes it is
money just brings up everything right
there's so many stories attached attached to money yeah
we just would have throw picture
money is like this water bottle
and we're like throwing all sorts of like
ideas and stories on this water bottle
like you're the root of all evil
and you're the reason like the world is going to hell
and like you're just or
you know you've been
we've been imprinted just these are not our fault
we're just imprinted with all these ideas around money
and I truly believe that these roots go super
super deep I wanted us to picture
you know the the the
the different the difference in in money between
if you go way back to like kings
Queens serfs right
like haves and have nots like kings and castles
and then people who had like nothing right
I mean Egyptian times right
like there's a like a vast difference in
in have and have not
I'm not gonna get into detail as to why that happened
that does it is it imprints this sort of like like
like structure upon us that when we're
you know born into a certain place
a certain time
we're going to generally believe that to be true for us
and there are people that jump out of that
but I want you to picture
you know in the US we have the Kardashians
you're probably familiar with the Kardashians right
so yes I would guarantee you that
those Kardashians
are going to have a certain imprint around money
they are going to live in a certain type of house
they are going to drive a certain type of car
they are going to have a belief
around the success of their businesses right
because of their imprint
because of what they were born into so for some of us
some of our our soul studies
that which we are meant to study
is the study of how we move out of that imprint
into the belief into the imprint into the well
what if not even what if it's possible
but it is possible of course it's possible right
for me to maybe could I possibly entertain that
that I could have money like that if I wanted to
could that be true what would it take
well I'd have to work really hard right
I'm not saying that we shouldn't work hard
I'm not saying that we shouldn't have
a devotion to that which we love right
but the lowest level of manifesting is the
the level of push the level of like try hard work hard
I have to make it happen
that is completely denying that there's
anything else in the universe
coming to help us coming to connect with us
there to support us
and I think that that hustle culture is really
it's really quite challenging
particularly when you wanna make money
or you need to make money um
maybe you've got bills and you're feeling
completely overwhelmed and stressed by money
how do you stay in that space of trusting the universe
allowing manifestation to happen
but at the same time
dealing with all of these very real scenarios
the situation is that I actually need more money
I need to pay the bills I need to do this
but I want to trust the universe
and I want things to flow at the same time
that to me seems like a hard balance
and I know I have definitely struggled with this um
because I want it to happen
and I want things to come to me
but I also want things to flow
and I don't want the pressure
yet this seems to be very loud at times
of needing it to happen
yeah and the truth is
is like I've personally gone through this
this is like a real scenario for me
and the scenario helped me move into the space
that I was saying right
I want to retire my husband
I've got us for our expenses
there's a difference between the idea of that
and the reality of like wow
this actually needs to happen right
this is like real and I think that it um
it uh
it definitely so
you know where we have to
we have to have clarity
we also have to clear things out sometimes
and I know for me
I definitely have had to clear out some identity pieces
that I didn't even realize
I was identifying around or uh
what it what it meant to move into that space
or what I had to leave behind
there was like
kind of
a little bit of grief of who I was leaving behind
and I I feel it completely differently
I feel the sense of like inner leadership that I
I just didn't feel before
and I know what it feels like to wake up anxious
afraid
and I will tell you that if if you knew if I'm like
oh my God every time I'm like
if you knew in advance that
that success was inevitable
even if you stumbled sometimes
even if every single thing didn't work out exactly
but you had as an inner you allowed yourself
you will will were willing to have that belief
your nervous system automatically wants to chill
because it trusts
and when your nervous system can trust now
and there is techniques we can do to help us get there
and I had to practice them
because I was waking up anxious
and I was like
this is not me like I am lit from within
like I love to just be in the flow and like
this is not my jam I do not wanna feel stressed
it is not helping me
there's nothing about this helping me right
stress is not helping me it's just stealing my time
that I could be putting into the right questions
we're asking the wrong questions
like how is it gonna work out
we're wasting our time asking the wrong questions
the first step I think
if manifesting is here to teach us anything
is to teach us as human beings to have trust
this to me is one of like the biggest
most beautiful lessons of being a human being
because when you can get into that space of trust
you can kind of have what I call
like a manifestation loose
start to happen where it's like
boom boom and boom and boom and this why
because you're on a different frequency
you're not on the frequency of distrust
where distrustful things occur
you've allowed yourself to hop on to this other level
where that what you wrote down on your piece of paper
mmm hmm
you put on your you cut the pictures of it yeah
yeah yeah you're like
oh and then there's that
and then there's that thing and that thing
and then that's happening
yeah but how how do you step in
how do you step into that trust
when that very real scenario of
I need to pay the bills I need to get money
I need to do this like I probably
maybe that's me overthinking and not I'm not sure
how do you just come into this being of
with this whole inner body
knowing that it's gonna work out
it's gonna be better than what you thought
you're going to trust it's gonna be OK
and you said that you needed to work on it to
to get into that space
but what are some ways that we can
start to step into that
and we are not carrying so much stress and worry
because worry doesn't build wealth
and that stress doesn't allow us to
you know fully relax and be in flow
but yeah do you see what I mean
I find it very hard to to just lean into that trust
and I know it takes practice
but how do we do that well
so and if I get lost in what I'm saying
just bring me back
but there's a few things that I wanna
kind of address here
so I like wanna make sure we get to them
but you know the thing is
is like we kind of have this energetic home
that we like to return to
and if the energetic home is
I don't believe this is going to work out
then we are going to even if we have that win
even if we move into that higher space
that energetic home wants to bring us back
it wants to bring us back home
so our job is to build a new
energetic home that can house this next level
that is successful
that gets to be successful that even if
you know your parents are like
you're crazy
you should get a job and your neighbors like
what are you doing and haha
you know and people don't believe in you
you're like no
I'm going to move into this energetic home
so that said um
like I said you know yeah
I it's funny it's like all these
all these practices are great when life's going great
but it's truly when we need them
that we need to lean into them and not forget them
and I'm this is gonna be a little cheeky
but if you wanna know the how

I wanna share this
share the work that you do because the more that I um
I'm learning about this because being that accountant
it's all very logical it's all very straight forward
but the more I lean into the energy side of things
the more I realize just how much
that energy is impacting the way that I show up
and that we can absolutely I wanna share your program
yeah and that we can yeah
thank you and we can
you know
and actually we can have defining logic results
because logic is just kind of
cooking
along with the same old playbook that we've been given
and that we are just
just turn in the page playbook gotta take time
gotta be hard playbook right
so uh
you to get back to your question
just a couple examples right
and yes
we definitely go through I have a 12 week program
it's called Manifesting Mastery
you will learn all of this
you will have all of it uh
you will learn how to manifest
on the timeline that you desire
because the truth is
the timeline where things don't work out exists
and I think when we just get that reality check
and we allow ourselves to surrender to
the idea that the timeline exists
where things aren't going great right
when we surrender to that and we say
if I was on that timeline
if that happened what would I do
and when you allow yourself to answer that question
it kind of like
takes the punch out of the idea that that could happen
because look
we live in the world of pure potential
pure potential is amazing
anything could happen which means anything could happen
so um
to get on that timeline
where you believe things are working out for you
uh the
there's like layers to our energy right
the so the top layer is our nervous system
it's the one that is showing up by
maybe we're overeating or drinking or
or not being able to sleep at night
or waking up anxious
it's our nervous system calling out for help like ah
yellow white flag this is not a no
so if we want to help the nervous system
we're going to do things that are going to calm
the nervous system
this is where I think breath work is very effective
meditation is very effective
doing a body scan where you just notice
where are my typical places I'm holding tension
those have information for you that is effective
um I like to give us sort of like a
a mantra of sorts which is um
helping to wire our our
our nervous system our thoughts
our energy our emotions
our embodiment into that which we desire
like what am I a commitment to
am I a commitment to my freedom not my money
am I a commitment to my peace
what's the undercurrent under the money
is it freedom is it peace right
I'm a commitment to my peace right
we tell ourselves that uh
we we sort of you know
give ourselves some opportunities to ground
maybe we go outside it's like very simple things
but we kind of make it our ritual right
so that we don't we wake up and we're anxious
and our thoughts are spinning
if your thoughts are spinning
and you're having the same thought again
I'm gonna ask you to not have that same thought
a third time but instead
to use that trigger for your transformation
because in that moment that you're like
oh my God is it gonna
you could literally
turn that into the thoughts of your desires
you might turn it into what ifs
what if it did work out if it were to work out
what would I do next well
you probably would make better choices with your day
you probably would
instead of asking that question or worrying about that
you would go be more visible
you would go reach out to some people
you would go find out
if people aren't buying your offer
what's wrong
what's what's not ask them why didn't you buy
what happened
what what would it have looked like you were interested
what what
what did what do you really want
what would it be worth it to you to invest something in
in this like
just you have to find out either
what do I need to be doing differently right
there's like a gazillion ways to make money right
I bet you could look around your room
and find a bunch of stuff to sell
if you really I could just sell all this stuff
if I need to make money you know
I just sell a bunch of stuff
maybe not my award but I can sell the rest of the stuff
yeah so it seems like it's um
like that very conscious interrupter
the awareness the peace of well
I need to actually go and do something different
and start to change my thoughts
which then
I suppose with that practice of slowing down
and the breath work
and the meditation and all of those things
the awareness piece is really changing your focus
and changing your direction
mm hmm because if you're in the frequency of right um
you know I
I mean I
I just I'll
I'll use this as an example
so um
you know we have
I have two kids just love so grateful
I've got an 11 year old and a 14 year old
and I had a miscarriage before each child
and so when I was pregnant with our son
I I started to really feel the anxiety of well
what if what if it doesn't take
I was just it was very difficult
I remember going to ultrasounds and crying right
I was I was in fear
I was in lack I was in what if it doesn't work out
it wasn't benefiting me it's not benefiting him right
I couldn't live in that state
so so
so if we are able to change our thoughts
that can have that loop into our emotional state right
and that can have a loop into
how we behave in our reality
because what we're trying to do is like
bridge the gap between where we are
and where we want to be
sometimes in the middle is self sabotage
because if we actually get what we truly want
are we do we feel worthy of it
who along the road told us we couldn't have it right
and so
sometimes we're actually kind of needing to clear
that's why I love hypnosis
I love going into the Akashic records
our soul's records
to help clear that thing that's lying in the center
because you can sabotage yourself
for the next five years you know
one of my clients who was doing really
I think really good 50,000 dollar a month
but he wanted to be 100 thousand dollar a month
he's like I'm doing all the right stuff
I got the right strategy
I just don't know what's happening
what we identified was that he was actually worried
that if he was making 100 thousand dollar a month
his friends would abandon him
that he would lose love because he'd be too big
and he'd be too fancy and it'd be too rich
and they just wouldn't want to have anything
to do with him so why on earth would he succeed
if he's going to lose love
that's not congruent
so when we remove that piece and we detach that piece
then then that money piece gets to be seamless
because not
money is no longer attached to love in that way
and then he went on to do a 300,000 dollar weekend
wow hahaha
yeah
that's crazy because because he got into co creation
what he did is he acted differently
with that new belief with that new belief
he was able to eliminate that self sabotage
and that allowed him to take more bold
confident action
he released some of those limiting beliefs
I'm too young um who's gonna listen to me
he allowed himself to be a leader in a different way
he spoke up
and that's why he was able to create that money
he he
they completely just like redid their entire offer
everything they went bold and it worked
hmm that's so good so good
so what what is um
I presume that money has such a deep connection to like
our our past stories
what you're saying um
but then it also is
enabling us to create something so beautiful
in a world so
much bigger than what we thought
if we just allow the money to
to happen and not attach the outcome to things
yeah I mean
if you picture like
money is literally just like a conduit
it's a frequency it's a currency
we call it currency right
it's a current like where is it
it's a connector like where is it
where is it flowing to where is it flowing through it
it to me it brings us back to like
being embodied pieces of nature like like
you know nature literally is abundant
I can't get my weeds to not grow for the life of me
you know like hahaha right
like the weeds are gonna grow they're gonna grow right
like we we don't just trust nature to produce itself
right right
even when we have storms and we have a bad month
we still assume we're gonna have a bunch of food
we're gonna have nature these trees are gonna grow
we just assume it like money
when we when we remove all these layers
and imprints and stories around it
it's literally no different it's just a current
it's just a currency right
it's a it's taking it's allowing us to go somewhere
it's allowing to it's allowing us to travel with it
so if we rewrite the story around it
and we look at it like a friend
how would we treat it then if it were a friend
if it had our back if it loved us
how would we communicate with it
what would we think about it
what would we do with it would we
would we invest in ourselves as our own
return on our own investment right
would we play with it would we enjoy it
would we hoard it would we be would we be fearful of it
would we worry about it staying with us
what kind of relationship right
in a partnership what do you wanna do
you wanna be like side eye on it all the time
like I don't know if you're gonna leave me
I don't want that kind of relationship
hmm hmm yeah um
does money the way we deal with money
does that give any insights
into those emotions that we're avoiding
what do you think the answer to that
absolutely
hahaha yeah
I mean I think money is going to be like the great
sort of like indicator of our internal landscape
you know of our beliefs of our fears of all of it
if we are afraid look
I mean you mentioned it in my intro
you know I I've had abandonment wounds
I think they come I know they come from past life
going through my own past life regression
I saw it it was so eye opening
it was so liberating to understand that um
you know plus some other stuff hahaha
so that said you know
if I'm afraid that money will abandon me
then how am I gonna how close am I gonna get to it
am I gonna allow myself to accumulate it
am I gonna allow myself to
to play with it to allow it to be in
enriched in a relationship with me
how could it ever
I'm probably gonna keep it at arms length
I'm probably gonna
I'm probably gonna distance myself from it
so it doesn't hurt me hmm
so what happens if we wanna step into this space
this manifesting
this energetic space of allowing money to flow
beautifully what is
what are some of the steps that we need to do
to put us on this path to make it happen honestly
the first thing I would do is take just a real
kind of good look at what what
what triggers or what
what wounds or what stories do I have around money
what what fears do I have
am I you know am I what what is it related to
how am I related to money
am I you know concerned that um
I won't be able to keep it
some people they can get money and then boom
it's out the door
am I afraid that if I make all this money
I'm going to lose love um
am I afraid that people are gonna think that
I think I'm too good or I'm above them now right
I mean these are actual stories am I um
am I so successful but I'm because of my childhood
I'm so worried that it's just gonna go away like that
right I mean
you know there's a lot of so much right
even kind of PTSD from what had happened
people seeing cars being repossessed right
well
we're not the kind of people that are gonna have money
you get an imprint like that
what do you believe well
that you're that's literally how it's gonna show up
so the first step is just to get real honest
an honest inventory of like
what what is my relationship really like with money
yeah that's the first thing I would do
and then the second thing I would do is
I would write an ideal relationship that
you would love to have with money right
what would you love to have with money
that would be the second thing I would do
and and underneath that
understanding that if I wasn't focused on the money
which I know gotta pay the bills need to be focused
haha but if I really looked at well
what is it actually
what's the frequency that I'm really talking about
I'm talking about the frequency of freedom
I'm talking about the frequency of joy
I'm talking about the frequency of
what it looks like to travel
and provide stuff for my kids
and fun and pride those are actual real frequencies
if I can start to live those frequencies right now
I'm going to be in the attraction of more of that
that's just the truth
if I'm living in the frequency of
I don't have enough and we can't afford that
and this isn't gonna work out
and that's not
then that's the frequency we're living in
and you're probably gonna see that again in a month
even if you get an uptick
you might go right back to that baseline
you need a new baseline
you need a new baseline with money that says
we get to have fun
and we get to enjoy and we get to do this cool stuff
and like look at where that exists
or where you can create that right now
even if you don't have a lot of money
we had this one friend
we would go bike riding in Washington
DC and we would go get like one slice of pizza
and we had the best time right
we created like a super cool
adventurous experience
I didn't have to go to Bali to do that hahaha
but he created like a super cool
adventurous experience just kind of in our backyard
how can you create that feeling of luxury
can you take a bubble bath
can you buy a candle and light that
can you buy a fabric that just feels super super
it can be polyester just something that you
that indicates that you're caring
if you had money what would you do
would you care for yourself better
would you talk more kindly to yourself do that now
that frequency
will be the embodiment that brings more of that to you
and we have to get we just have to
rewire that other stuff
that wants to kind of come in and sabotage and say
yes yeah
I'm taking heaps of notes because I
I love this stuff it's um
it it all just makes sense to me that that frequency
which we're operating on
is really the factor that determines how we show up
what comes to us how we interact
and I suppose
the part that I struggle with is that logical um
way of doing things this is just how it has to be
and surrendering to this is what I want
this is how I want it to be
what I want life to look like
what I wanna feel
when I've got these other pressures happening
can I so let me kind of like
like relate an analogy to this okay
because we're going from
and I'm gonna kind of like
I don't know what the word is like
I'm gonna test you a little bit here
I guess
because you identify so much as a logical person right
and look you are an accountant
you're probably way more logical and organized
than I am but
but the identification is I am willing to
to believe that there are things you believe in
that maybe you don't maybe you do
I don't wanna make assumptions
but maybe you don't fully understand or even need to
understand right and and this gets into
there's
a technique we can do called the belief creator
we're removing things from a place where we
we are not sure it's true
into a place where we believe 1,000% it's true
I'm willing to believe that you believe right now
if you needed more light you'd go to a light switch
pop that light switch up and that light would turn on
I'm willing to believe that when it gets to be 5
6 PM you're probably going to be ready
for the sun to go down
and you believe the sun will come back up tomorrow
you know in general
we believe that when we're growing a baby
somehow we're growing arms and legs
and generally in general right
not always in general
it's gonna work out we're gonna pop out a human hahaha
right we we there's certain things like I
I believe that when I take my next breath
it's gonna work out
I believe I'm going to wake up tomorrow
do I have evidence do I do
can I 1,000% know without a shadow of a doubt
that's true
no so what's the difference
why do we have to make this feel like
it's so different from anything else
it's because of what we've been conditioned to believe
our conditioning is so strong
that we think it's just super out of bounds
whereas
someone who believes is going to make it happen
Kardashians believe without a shadow of a doubt
their business will succeed
it does someone else has the audacity to believe
without a shadow of a doubt that they can um
win a bid for something or you know
they can make money on Wall Street or whatever
even when they lose money
they're going to make money on Wall Street
because they they believe it
maybe they were brought up in that
they're conditioned towards that
hmm
so cool so interesting I love it
I love it like
I don't even care what's in this cell phone
but I know that when I turn it on
it's gonna work and I'm gonna make a phone call
you know like I don't know yeah
it really just it comes down to those beliefs
doesn't it there's so much weight on those beliefs
is that a belief too that a beliefs well
who the heck believed
we could throw up a satellite in the sky
and have cell phone service
what what yeah
it's because this is this is the truth
is that we live in a freaking playground
you go back 2,000 years you would be crazy
people would like tar and feather you
if you talked about a cell phone
they'd be like you're nuts
2,000 years ago you think this stuff was like oh yeah
we're gonna have cell phones no
I remember watching the show called the Jetsons
and they had all this fancy stuff and we're like ooh
that'd be cool but these things like
how do they not exist they do exist
they're just
they're just being drawn from the idea into the real
through
through us figuring it out or Steve Jobs being like
make headphones that don't have wires attached to them
make a phone that has no buttons
you know it's like crazy people are like
it's impossible it's impossible
and then here we are flying in an airplane nuts right
here we are here we are
here we are that's amazing
so tell me about logic tell me about some more logic
yeah
I think I need to get out of that belief of the logic
so maybe what if it were what if it were logical
what if what if
what if the truth is it's logical
that if those people are successful and can make money
then it should be logical if then
then I can be successful like that and also make money
there is no logic that makes that person and me
really any different right yeah
yeah
I love these different perspectives
and these different conversations
because I think you know
there is so much more attached to money than just
the physical currency of it
um there is so many things that influence
the way that we show up the way that we behave
the way that we believe or
or feel about ourselves really
then dictates as to how much we have or don't have
and the joy and the love that we feel is just
it just influences so much like
like some of these things
it's like why the heck
probably some reason for this
why the heck did we decide that gold had so much value
metal out of the earth
right before we started using it for technology
right before we even had that
why on earth did we decide that
coal that got smashed into a clear gem
was worth so much more than some other gem
we're just talking about value
and I think that's really no different than like
like we're sort of just placing value on ourselves
a little bit too
you know I mean
we know this
like money really just started out as a more
as a convenience
so I didn't have to carry around turnips like I could
I could I could give you a note
I could give you a Bill so that it was like a promise
a promissory note oh
I owe you a dollar because you bought my I
you bought I bought your turnips right
so I get the turnips do you have my note
right well
now we're just gonna start exchanging notes
because it's easier right
it's more convenient it's just a convenience um
we don't have to necessarily
you know exchange the stuff anymore right
but that's really where it began
it began with
we need to exchange stuff because you've got this
and I've got that and you've got that service
and we can just exchange something for something else
of equal value you know
hmm
hmm
that's so cool I love it
I love it so the work that you do
you help um
female entrepreneurs move through all of this work
tell me a little bit about what you do
yeah I mean
we really are scaling non linearly and um
to to me
the way I think a lot of people come to me when they're
they're kind of working a strategy
but the strategy isn't working
exactly like it's supposed to
or the way they would want
or their mentor is getting the results
but they're like I'm just not getting the results
so there's either gonna be like
one of two issues going on
or maybe both
one is that they are sabotaging their own results
due to their own belief systems
and they're afraid of succeeding
or they're afraid of visibility
or there's some fear going on right around that money
or there's something incongruent
energetically within their offer
their strategy there's some gap in there
this is the ecosystem right
picture your the ecosystem
picture a beautiful ecosystem
picture forest picture jungle
whatever like there's gonna be some sun okay
the sun is like your energy
your energy is gonna feed all of it
but if if you're sometimes people are just like
they're not
they're especially people who are intuitive
not every mentor is gonna understand them
and so they're gonna kind of try
to like like
morph themselves into something that feels palatable
when actually the truth is
they just need to like be themselves right
and when they when they can understand that
and then
bring that into the world through their language
through their package
it's gonna be much more incongruence
so you got the sun
you got some other parts of the ecosystem right
so we have to look at you know your
um your offer
your client acquisition like if there's a gap
there's something that's not getting nurtured
the right way then we just have to solve for that right
we want everything to be in congruence
one thing feeding the other
when we find the gap we can solve the problem
and then you know
I've brought people from like
they're not making anything to like
a 20,000 dollar a month that month
because we simply solve for the gap
we get them in congruence with what they're really
passionate about lift from within the sun
the energy right
we help them remove those things that are
sabotaging them getting in the way
what I'm not supposed to do
I'm not supposed to do it like that
that's gonna be wrong someone's gonna hate me for that
right we help remove that piece
and then they're just sort of like in the current
they're in the current
of the inevitability of their success
so that's where we kind of are non linear right
we can kind of jump over some of these these things
we can go from zero to 20 k
we can go from 50 k to 300 k
because it doesn't have to be linear
that's just the story
hmm so good
