I'm a mum, a wife and someone who genuinely loves talking about money, confidence and what becomes possible when women feel in control of their decisions.

Trail running is where I clear my head. Some runs feel strong. Others are slow, muddy and a little stubborn.

It's taught me that you don't always need to see the entire path. You need to know your next step and keep moving.
